87-acre Blue Mountain brush fire fully contained, fire officials say

Fire officials say crews will monitor the Carbon County area through the weekend as some burning and smoke continues near the Appalachian Trail.

The massive 87-acre brush fire that crews battled for three days in Carbon County now is fully contained, fire officials said.
