Cold weather advisory in place for Central Pa. for Saturday and Sunday – extremely cold conditions
On Friday at 2:03 a.m. a cold weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid from Saturday 4 a.m. until Sunday 10 a.m. for Mifflin, Juniata, Franklin, Union, Snyder, Montour, Northumberland, Columbia, Perry, Dauphin, Schuylkill, Lebanon, Cumberland, Adams, York and Lancaster counties.
The weather service says, "Very cold wind chills as low as 20 degrees below expected."
