Former P’burg councilmen name prosecutor’s office, former mayor in civil rights suit

All charges against former Phillipsburg councilmen Bobby Fulper and Frank McVey, accused of threatening town officials in an alleged blackmail scheme, were dismissed in 2024 and 2025.
