Frost advisory issued for North Central Pa. for Friday – temperatures as low as 34
The National Weather Service released a frost advisory at 12:57 p.m. on Thursday valid for Friday between midnight and 8 a.m. for Northern Clinton, Northern Centre, Southern Centre, Northern Lycoming, Southern Clinton and Southern Lycoming as well as Blair, Bedford, Tioga and Sullivan counties.
"Temperatures as low as 34 degrees will result in frost formation," can be expected according to the weather service. "Frost and freeze conditions will be possible each night through the weekend as temperatures will remain much below normal."
