Lehigh University men’s basketball wins Patriot League, clinches NCAA tournament berth
Nasir Whitlock scored 18 points and was named tournament MVP as Lehigh University’s men’s basketball team defeated Boston University 74-60 to capture the Patriot League championship Wednesday evening at Stabler Arena.
Lehigh (18-16) built a commanding 41-30 halftime lead and never looked back, advancing to the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2012, when CJ McCollum starred for the team.
