Here are the high school softball pitching leaders for April 20, 2026. Numbers are for games played through Wednesday.

The lists are based on stats reported to lehighvalleylive.com, GameChanger, NJ.com and MaxPreps. In most instances, the numbers reflect what was submitted by the players’ own scorekeepers. On rare occasions where that information wasn‘t provided, opposing scorekeepers were used to fill the gaps.
