Lehigh Valley weather: Strong to severe storms, damaging winds and flash flooding threat

Dangerous wind conditions and heavy rainfall are expected Monday afternoon through early Tuesday, March 16-17, 2026, followed by a dramatic temperature drop to the mid 30s.

A strong cold front will sweep across the Lehigh Valley during Monday afternoon and the evening, bringing the potential for strong to severe thunderstorms along with dangerous wind conditions.
