New measles case confirmed in central Pa., bringing state total to 8
The number of measles cases in Lancaster County has risen to six this year, and Montgomery County confirmed two cases, the Pennsylvania Department of Health announced Friday afternoon.
One of the cases involves an out-of-state resident who visited Montgomery County. The eight measles cases are the only confirmed cases in the state in 2026 so far, the department said.
