Southeast Pa. placed under an extreme cold warning Saturday and Sunday – extremely cold wind chills
At 1:34 a.m. on Friday, the National Weather Service issued an extreme cold warning valid from Saturday 3 p.m. until Sunday 10 a.m. for Berks, Lehigh and Northampton counties.
The weather service states, "Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 21 degrees below expected."
