Tip leads to charges against N.J. man for sending nudes, downloading child sex abuse material
A man was arrested and charged in Hunterdon County for downloading multiple images and videos depicting child sexual abuse materials, authorities said.
Joshua Montagna, 29, of Holland Township, was charged with attempted endangering the welfare of a child, permitting a child to engage in child sexual abuse material, attempted sexual assault of a child and possessing child sexual abuse materials, among other charges, police said.
