Update: Central Pa. placed under a winter weather advisory until Tuesday morning – gusts to hit 45 mph
On Tuesday at 2:52 a.m. an updated winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 8 a.m. for Southern Centre, Northern Lycoming, Southern Clinton and Southern Lycoming as well as Blair, Huntingdon, Mifflin, Tioga and Sullivan counties.
"Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph," can be anticipated according to the weather service. "The snow showers will decrease in coverage through the morning, but a few showers are possible during the daylight hours."
