Update: Central Pa. under a freeze watch Tuesday – temperatures as low as 23

An updated freeze watch was released by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 12:33 a.m. valid for Tuesday between midnight and 9 a.m. for Southern Centre, Southern Clinton and Southern Lycoming as well as Cambria, Blair and Somerset counties.

The weather service informs, "Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 23 degrees possible."
