Update: Extreme cold warning issued for Central Pa. until Sunday morning – extremely cold conditions
On Saturday at 1:53 a.m. the National Weather Service released an updated extreme cold warning valid from 4 a.m. until Sunday 10 a.m. for Mifflin, Juniata, Franklin, Union, Snyder, Montour, Northumberland, Columbia, Perry, Dauphin, Schuylkill, Lebanon, Cumberland, Adams, York and Lancaster counties.
The weather service comments, "Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 degrees below expected."
