Update: Freeze watch affecting North Central Pa. Tuesday – temperatures as low as 21
The National Weather Service issued an updated freeze watch at 12:33 a.m. on Sunday valid for Tuesday between midnight and 11 a.m. for Northern Clinton and Northern Centre as well as Warren, McKean, Elk, Cameron and Clearfield counties.
The weather service informs, "Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 21 degrees possible."
