An updated freeze watch was issued by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 1:11 a.m. valid for Tuesday between midnight and 9 a.m. for Carbon and Monroe counties.
The weather service informs, "Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 19 degrees possible."
