Update: Frost advisory issued for Northeast Pa. until Tuesday morning
On Tuesday at 1:25 a.m. an updated frost advisory was issued by the National Weather Service in effect until 9 a.m. for Southern Wayne as well as Wyoming, Lackawanna, Luzerne and Pike counties.
The weather service informs, "Temperatures tonight fall into the low to mid 30s, with areas of frost developing in the early morning hours."
