Update: High wind warning active for part of Pennsylvania until Saturday morning – gusts to hit 65 mph
At 8:05 p.m. on Friday, the National Weather Service issued an updated high wind warning in effect until Saturday at 8 a.m. for Warren, McKean, Elk and Clearfield counties.
"West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 65 mph," can be expected according to the weather service. "Up to a 3 inches of snow is possible in the higher elevations of Warren and McKean counties."
