Update: The current flood warning for Western Pa. will expire at 11 a.m.
The warning was issued for Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Mercer and Washington counties.
"The Flood Warning will expire at 11 a.m. this morning for portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson OH and Tuscarawas, Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, Mercer and Washington, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia, including the following areas, Brooke, Hancock, Marshall and Ohio. The heavy rain has ended. Area rivers and streams have mostly reached their crests and will begin to fall. Please continue to heed remaining road closures and don't drive through flooded roadways," says the National Weather Service.
