Update: The flood warning for Greene and Washington counties is expected to expire at 4:30 p.m.
The warning was in place for Greene and Washington counties.
"The Flood Warning will expire at 4:30 p.m. this afternoon for portions of east central Ohio, southwest Pennsylvania, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia. Flood waters have or will continue to recede as the flooding threat dissipates. Please continue to heed remaining road closures," explains the National Weather Service.
