Update: Weather alert announced for dense fog in Southeast Pa. until Sunday midday
An updated report from the National Weather Service was issued on Sunday at 8:25 a.m. for dense fog until 11 a.m. for Berks, Lehigh and Northampton counties.
"Patchy fog, locally dense at times, will continue this morning. Visibilities at times will be less than one mile. If driving this morning, be prepared for rapidly changing conditions. Use caution when traveling by reducing your speed, turning on your low beam headlights, and following at a greater distance," according to the weather service.
