Update: Winter weather advisory active for Northern Erie and Crawford County until Tuesday morning
An updated winter weather advisory was released by the National Weather Service on Monday at 2:11 a.m. in effect until Tuesday at 7 a.m. for Northern Erie and Crawford County.
"Lake enhanced snow. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches, leading to total accumulations between 3 and 6 inches," can be expected according to the weather service. "Lake enhanced snow will ramp up in intensity this morning with periods of moderate to heavy snowfall expected today."
