Update: Winter weather advisory affecting Crawford County until Tuesday morning – could see 5 inches of snow
On Sunday at 1 p.m. an updated winter weather advisory was released by the National Weather Service valid from 10 p.m. until Tuesday 7 a.m. for Crawford County.
"Lake enhanced snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph on Monday," explains the weather service. "Light snow will transition to bands of heavier lake enhanced snow tonight and persist through Monday. Periods of moderate to heavy snowfall are expected, with the heaviest snowfall likely on Monday morning."
