Update: Winter weather advisory for part of Pennsylvania until Tuesday morning

The National Weather Service issued an updated winter weather advisory at 3:51 a.m. on Tuesday in effect until 10 a.m. for Mercer, Venango, Forest, Lawrence, Butler, Clarion and Armstrong counties.

The weather service adds to expect, "Freezing rain. Ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch."
