Update: Winter weather advisory previously issued for Carbon and Monroe counties will expire at 10 p.m.
The advisory was active for Carbon and Monroe counties.
"Temperatures have reached freezing or slightly above freezing which has decreased the concern for freezing rain, so the Winter Weather Advisories are allowed to expire," adds the National Weather Service.
