Ramona, the Lehigh County Courthouse dog, has spent nearly 10 years helping vulnerable victims cope with high-tension court proceedings and will retire soon. The 11-year-old black Lab who comforts crime victims is featured in a new book by retired veterinarian Gene Witiak.

Ramona the black Labrador retriever has walked the hallways of the Lehigh County Courthouse for nearly a decade, accompanying vulnerable victims to help them cope with high-tension proceedings.
