Why serviceberry trees are called shadbush and Juneberry | Lehigh Valley Nature Watch

Serviceberry is in bloom in May 2022 at Seney National Wildlife Refuge in Michigan. These native trees produce edible berries that taste like blueberries and are important food sources for wildlife.

It wasn’t much, but on Wednesday of this past week it sure was nice to wake up to some morning rain and mild temperatures.
